·        Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats

·        Electrical service line and meter box

·        Main disconnect and service amperage

·        Electrical panels, breakers and fuses

·        Grounding and bonding

·        Fireplace damper door and hearth

·        Insulation and ventilation

·        Garage doors, safety sensors and openers
